Our Values:

We at HR Pathway Consulting work to ensure that our values are aligned with that of our clients. In the work that we do, we value researched best practices and processes. We believe in holistic human resources, which involves a shift from a traditional, transactional approach to human resources to one that focuses on the whole person. It involves offering employee benefits and programs that address the diverse needs and interests of employees, such as cultural beliefs, flexible work arrangements, wellness programs, and mental health support. Above all else we truly care about integrity and respect for all people.

Our Experiences:

Our consulting team has been working as human resources consultants for over a decade. We have experience from multiple industries and opposite sides of the table, as our team has represented management and unions in the past. In addition, we have worked on and with boards of directors. As HR consultants, we bring our specialized expertise and knowledge in human resources along with the most up-to-date HR trends, laws, and best practices, helping organizations navigate complex HR issues.

“We’re very lucky to be able to do work we our passionate about and work with transformational business leaders.”
